HOW DOES A REIKI SESSION FEEL? 

A session is a unique experience for each individual. You may feel physical sensations like heat and tingling or you may just feel a deep sense of relaxation.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OF REIKI?

As a person's vibrations goes up, toxins that have been stored in the body will be released into the blood stream to be filtered by the kidneys and liver and removed from our system. When this happens, sometimes a person can get a slight stomach ache, headache, or feel slightly weak. The body is cleansing as part of the healing process so this is a good sign. If this happens, it is a good idea to drink more water, eat lighter meals, and get more rest.        

IS REIKI SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

Many women have received treatments with great benefit to them and their unborn child. Since Reiki is guided by the Higher Power, the Reiki energy will know the condition of the client and adjust appropriately. Reiki can only do good. 

WHAT ABOUT BABIES?

Babies love Reiki. It is very healthy for them and automatically adjusts to what the baby needs. Do not worry about it being too strong.

CAN REIKI TREAT ANIMALS?

Animals love Reiki too. They seem to have a natural understanding of what Reiki is and its benefits.

CAN REIKI BE SENT TO OTHERS AT A DISTANCE?

Yes, by using a picture of the person you would like to send healing to, writing their name on a piece of paper, or by activationg the distance symbol, the practioner  can send Reiki to anyone,  any where in the world. The Reiki energy will go to them and treat them.

This is a Reiki healing technique which incorporates crystals to balance your energy field.
