CRYSTAL HEALING

 Crystal healing is a healing modality that works using naturally present energy fields. The energy of a crystal interacts with and influences the energy around it. It is a form of vibrational medicine due to the fact that it uses vibrational frequencies to restore or maintain good health and well being. Every aspect of our bodies, mind, and spirit has an energy frequency that can range from healthy to unhealthy. These energies can be  thrown out of balance resulting in ill health and disease. Vibrational medicine modalities such as crystal healing seek to bring these frequencies back into balance restoring health. When all of the frequencies are in harmony, a person will feel balanced and enjoy good physical, mental, and emotional health. As well as being able to help with a multitude of physical and mental ailments we may experience, crystals can also be used in healing and improving many areas of our life. These stones can be used in helping us to face our fears in life and to help support us during times we are feeling  anxious or afraid. They can aid us in moving forward from difficulties in the past, helping to heal trauma from past events, or to support us through grief, trauma, and times of upheaval. This natural therapy can safely be used alongside other medical and holistic treatments as well when taking presciption medications. During a session you will asked to lay down on your back on the Reiki table fully clothed with your shoes off.  The practitioner will  then place a crystal associated with the 7 colors of the rainbow spectrum on to each one of your 7 Chakras.  Each Chakra corresponds with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual interactions. By using her intuition the practitioner will hand select each crystal to be used during your individual healing session. She may also place other crystals in other areas that she feels need specific healing. Crystals will never be placed on your breast or groin area.  They may also be placed on the table around you. Crystals are a great addition to your Reiki treament.
